Historic Anacostia

The L’Enfant Trust cordially invites our neighbors in Anacostia to our Ribbon Cutting and House Tour at 2010 14th Street, SE on Tuesday, July 22nd at 10AM. Through the Trust’s Historic Preservation Revolving Fund Program, 2010 14th Street, SE (a single-family home built in 1912) is being rehabilitated and once completed will be put on the market. Just last year, the property was vacant and blighted- a development project that was uneconomic for for-profit developers, but that the Trust has undertaken as a historic preservation nonprofit.
